This workshop is a guided experience for men who want to feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected both to themselves and to other men.

It’s not therapy.

It’s not about performance.

And it’s definitely not about being someone you’re not.

It’s a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, and experience what it feels like to be fully present in your body and calmer in your mind. 

No previous experience is needed just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.

What You’ll Experience

In this half-day workshop, you’ll be guided through:

• Grounded arrival practices - Simple breath and body awareness to help you settle and feel at ease.

• Authentic men’s circle conversation - Honest, supported sharing without pressure or expectation.

• Tantric wellbeing practices - Learning how to shift from thinking to feeling and from tension to ease.

• Conscious touch & massage exploration - Safe, guided exercises designed to build trust, awareness and embodied confidence.
(Participation is always optional and boundaries are respected throughout.)

• Integration & reflection - Time to land your experience and leave feeling steady and clear.

This workshop is respectful, consensual and clothing optional.

Who This Is For

This workshop may be for you if you:

  • Spend a lot of time in your head and want to feel more in your body

  • Want deeper connection without competitiveness or posturing

  • Are curious about Tantra in a grounded, wellbeing-focused way

  • Would like to feel more at ease with touch and clear boundaries

  • Want to feel more at ease in their body 

  • Value personal growth in a supportive environment

Whether you’ve attended before or this is your first time, all who identify as men are warmly welcome, regardless of age, experience, or sexual orientation.

The only practical requirements are being able to sit comfortably on the floor and have both hands free to give and receive massage for up to 15 minutes.

I attended another of Martin's workshop last Saturday. He has the ability to create a beautiful safe space for men. The space was very calm and relaxed and enabled one to completely forget the chaos and hassle of daily life. 

The other men in our small group were very welcoming and being a small group we all worked with each other. It was a wonderful workshop and the glow has continued for days afterwards. I will be coming back again. -

I live with Restless Leg Syndrome which makes it hard for me to relax and limits my sleep. Going to the first session I had some reservations about being naked but immediately felt comfortable. I realised that without clothes I was closer to my true self and able to openly discuss things that were having a negative hold on me. Martin guided me to think about my life in a more fulfilling way. After the first BeNkd treatment I knocked two minutes off my Park Run PB!

Working together we’ll overcome the physical, mental, and emotional barriers and patterns that limit your performance, fix bad habits, and resolve blind spots to help you achieve your sporting goals. ​ By stripping yourself bare (physically, emotionally or both), BeNkd Sports Coaching puts you in a safe space to be totally open and honest with yourself like never before. Creating a feeling of safety frees you to rewire your thought and behavioural patterns to get the most from your training and boost your sporting performance. Throughout the process, you’ll be heard, challenged, and supported in a judgment-free environment. Textured Wall

I struggled with hip and leg pain for my entire adult life. Conventional physiotherapy treatments only treated the symptoms and brought no long-lasting solution. Yoga was not working. I needed something different. Our psychology has a powerful effect on our minds and our bodies. Martin understands that. Working together to address my physical and mental barriers, I have seen massive transformations in my strength, mobility, energy-levels, but also my relationships. Today, I am back in the gym four times a week lifting more than I ever have. I owe Martin immensely!

Websites aren’t really my thing. What truly lights me up? People. I absolutely love them. As a Mind and Body Coach, I firmly believe that because you are your mind and body, nurturing both is the key to unlocking your full potential. For the longest time, my personal struggles revolved around my identity as a gay man, grappling with body image issues, and questioning my self-worth. However, those challenges fuelled my journey of exploration. I immersed myself in studying, training, and working across various disciplines, and in the process, I’ve been fortunate to cross paths with some truly remarkable and inspiring individuals. This ongoing journey continues to shape and enrich my understanding and growth. Life is a process not a destination. In addition to working closely with my clients, I’ve taken great joy in spreading awareness about the profound power of the mind-body connection. I’ve shared insights and harnessed its benefits for individuals, sports enthusiasts, within corporate settings, and even on the road. My involvement extends to conducting workshops, organising retreats, developing courses, speaking engagements, contributing to magazines, and making appearances on the Beeb. I’m here to initiate a conversation and explore if working together aligns with both our journeys. Life is too precious to waste anyone’s time, and I believe you have nothing to lose and possibly something significant to gain.
